When you create an account we store your name, email address and mobile number. When you place an order we store your delivery address, the contents of your order and how you paid. We keep a record of orders so you can see your own history and so we can handle refunds and complaints.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use this information to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to keep a legally required record of sales. We use aggregate order data to decide what to cook and when to staff the kitchen.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Our delivery drivers see your name, address and phone number for the order they are delivering. Our payment provider processes card details directly — we never store full card numbers on our own systems.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records are kept for five years to meet UAE tax requirements. If you close your account, we anonymise your personal details but keep the financial record of past orders.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can view and edit your details at any time from your account page. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email us and we will respond within thirty days.
