ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it, which is when it moves from Received to Confirmed. We may decline an order if a dish is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or we cannot reach you on the number provided.
PRICING
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams and include VAT where applicable. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. Delivery fees depend on your area and are shown before you confirm.
AVAILABILITY
Our menu changes with what is fresh. A dish may sell out during the day; if that happens after you order, we will call you before preparing anything else.
DELIVERY
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and volume all affect timing. If your order is going to be significantly late, we will contact you.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel an order yourself while it is still Received or Confirmed. Once we have started cooking, please call us rather than cancelling online.
PAYMENT
Cash on delivery is accepted throughout our delivery area. Card payment is settled through our payment provider at the time of ordering.
ALLERGENS
Allergen information is listed on each dish and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces. If you have a serious allergy, please call us before ordering.
ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version shown on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
